We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service this role you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assisting clients with their real estate needs including scheduling property showings and providing information on available properties
- Responding to customer emails and online inquiries
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and information
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
- Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues in a calm and professional manner
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide accurate and helpful information to clients
- Performing administrative tasks such as data entry filing and organizing client information
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferably in the real estate industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
