Job Summary

Solaria is a leading renewable energy company active across Southern Europe and currently expanding strongly in Germany one of our key strategic markets. With nearly 5 GW of photovoltaic battery storage and hybrid projects under development we are strengthening our local team to support our growth.

We are seeking a Renewable Energy Project Development professional to lead land identification and early-stage development activities for solar wind and storage projects across Germany.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and assess suitable land for renewable energy projects (PV wind storage).
Conduct preliminary technical regulatory and financial feasibility analyses.
Negotiate land lease and surface rights agreements with landowners.
Coordinate with environmental technical urban planning and legal teams.
Support permitting and early project development phases.

Requirements

University degree in Law Engineering Architecture Environmental Sciences or related fields.
Minimum 4 years of experience in land acquisition or project development preferably in energy or infrastructure projects.
Solid knowledge of land-use planning permitting and applicable regulations.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
GIS knowledge is a plus.
