Requirements
- Minimum Requirements:
- NQF level 4 or 5 (Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent).
- Must be Computer literate.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Understanding of customer care and Batho Pele Principles must be able to work shifts.
Job Description
Duties:

Operate and manage the switchboard efficiently

Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of the switchboard

Handle incoming and outgoing calls

Channel calls to the appropriate sections

Respond to general enquiries and keep accurate records of trunk calls

Take messages and relay them promptly
-
Issue private telephone accounts to relevant officials
-
Report any abuse or misuse of telephone systems
