Job Summary

Job Description:

Provide technical leadership for Ascendon-based application development.
Design and review solution architectures for cloud-native services on AWS.
Lead development activities using C# ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Guide and mentor Software Development Engineers; perform code reviews and enforce quality standards.
Oversee CI/CD pipelines deployment processes and environment readiness.
Collaborate with Architects Business Consultants and Scrum Master to ensure delivery alignment.
Proactively manage technical risks dependencies and non-functional requirements.

The Development Lead will be responsible for technical ownership and delivery oversight of Ascendon-based solutions. This role combines hands-on development with team leadership design guidance and quality governance across the engineering Stack: AWS C# .NET Terraform
79 years of experience in enterprise software development.
Strong hands-on expertise in AWS C# -based application development.
Experience leading development teams in Agile environments.
Solid understanding of distributed systems REST APIs and messaging technologies.
Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
