Job Title: Janitor

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Janitor to join our team in Vancouver BC. The ideal candidate will have experience in janitorial or custodial work strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. As a Janitor you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our clients facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps dirt heavy debris and other refuse
• Wash windows interior walls and ceilings
• Empty trash cans and other waste containers
• Sweep mop scrub and wax hallways floors and stairs
• Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
• Cut grass and tend grounds and plants
• Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures
• May move heavy furniture equipment and supplies.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals proper storage and disposal methods

- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

- Good communication and time management skills

- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
