The Opportunity

AstheSr Marketing Specialistand Event Coordinatorin our Lake Forest ILor Kansas City MOlocationthis role leads theend-to-endplanningcoordinationand execution of trade shows and industry events includingcross functionalalignment goal setting vendor negotiationlogisticsmanagement and onsite execution. It oversees comprehensive marketing performance analyticscovering ROI calculations email campaigns webinars website activity Salesforcelead and opportunity tracking and event performance reportingto drivedata informeddecision making. The position also supports B2B communications efforts and partners closely with Commercial Excellence Marketing and Sales teams to ensure seamless lead management and pipeline visibility.Additionalresponsibilities include managing contracts sponsorships subscriptions associations and coordinating with procurement and finance to support broader marketing operations and relationship management.

What Youll Work on

  • Lead end-to-end trade show and eventplanningcoordinationandlogistics:

    • Vendor coordination contracts purchasingboothplanning and execution outreach coordination

    • Cross-functionalcommunicationalignment and approvals team assignments

    • Negotiation and relationship managementwith vendors

    • ROI calculation

    • Sales leadsprocessing systemuploadingandassignment

    Oversight tracking and reportingofmarketingmetricsand KPIs including:

    • Email campaigns

    • Webinars

    • Website

    • Leads/Opportunitiesfor trackingdisseminationand organization to sales representatives and in

    • Customer segmentation of lead generation

    • Pre During and Post Customer eventcoordinationacross agendalogistics customer meeting schedules event engagement sales lead generation and return on investment measurement

    Support with B2B Comms emailcampaignsandsales collateral materials

    Coordination with CommercialEx Marketing and Sales for lead management and tracking

    Miscellaneous supportwithcontracts sponsorships subscriptions association relationship management coordination with procurement and finance

Required

  • Bachelors degree inmarketing Business Communications or related field
  • 3 years of experience in marketing event coordination or trade show management
  • Strong project management skills with experience coordinatingcross functionalteams
  • Experience with vendor management contract coordination andlogisticsplanning
  • Understandingmarketing metrics ROI analysis and performance reporting
  • Experience with B2B marketing campaigns including email webinars and digital channels
  • Excellent communication organization andrelationship managementskills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing Sales CommercialExcellenceRegulatoryand other internal partners
  • Strong attentiontodetail isa must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels
  • Ability to work in multiple initiatives with short and overlapping deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse team
  • Self-motivated and self-starter with initiative to deliver results

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Salesforce for lead tracking and opportunity managementis desired but nota must
  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience working with procurement finance and association or sponsorship partners
