Job Summary

Your role and responsibilities

Price Management: Assist in the implementation and optimization of pricing strategies systems and processes
Data & Dashboard: Help create and maintain pricing dashboards and analytics tools to support decision-making
Market Trends Research: Conduct basic competitive analysis to identify pricing structures and potential opportunities
Pricing Coordination: Act as a point of contact for pricing inquiries and support team members in negotiations
Price Tracker Updates: Maintain and improve price trackers ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
Training: Help prepare pricing-related training materials and collaborate with stakeholders to raise pricing expertise
Sales Support: Provide data and insights to sales teams to assist in pricing discussions and customer negotiations
Software Support: Contribute to the rollout and use of pricing software tools

Your profile and qualifications

Bachelors degree in economics business administration finance engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Relevant experience in pricing sales data analysis or commercial excellence
Good command of English (German and/or other languages are a plus)
Basic understanding of B2B sales environments and supply chains
Familiarity with pricing strategies competitive analysis and data-driven decision-making
Experience working with data analysis tools (Excel BI tools SAP skills a plus) and willingness to learn pricing software
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Ability to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Eagerness to learn adapt and grow within pricing and commercial excellence
Occasional travel may be require
