Are you ready to play a key role in financial operations Were seeking a detail-oriented Jr. Project Accountant to join our team in Brampton ON. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about accuracy compliance and client service. Youll support billing processes ensure timely invoicing and collaborate with project teams to maintain financial integrity.
What a day at EXP has in store for you
- Prepare and process client invoices accurately and on schedule.
- Review contracts and billing terms to ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain billing records and support month-end closing activities.
- Assist with accounts receivable tracking and follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the billing function.
What your experience looks like
- Diploma or degree in Accounting Finance or Business Administration.
- 23 years of experience in billing invoicing or financial administration.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (Deltek or similar) is an asset.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

The salary range for this role is between $50K - $60K. The actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and specific work location.
