THE OPPORTUNITY

Greater Baltimore Committeeis hiringanEcosystem EngagementSeniorManagerfor theUpSurgeTeamto support the Director ofEcosystem Engagement by driving day-to-day execution across key programs convenings and operational systems that strengthen Baltimores startup ecosystem. This role ensures projects stay on track by managing coordinating internal and external stakeholders andmaintainingstrong documentation and engagement tracking.

TheEcosystemEngagementManagerwill support stewardship of theEntrepreneur Support Network (ESN)byfacilitatingdata transfer and coordinatingwith the team on data supportto ensure ecosystem relationship data is cleanaccurate and usable for engagement and will stewardBMoreTech Connect the regional hub for entrepreneurial resource will also help grow theMD Student Venture Showcase Pava Awardsby executing workshops coordinating coaching and technicalassistance expanding outreach and stewarding theStudent Ventures Steering Committee.

In addition this role supports thecontent and brand componentsofUpSurgeconvenings and works closely with theGBC Communications teamto collect organize and package ecosystem stories and program highlights for newsletters and social media that elevate Baltimore founders and partners.

This role requires a highly organized proactive project leader with strong judgment a professional presence and high EQsomeone who builds trust across diverse stakeholders and executes consistently in a fast-moving environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1) ESN Liaison BMoreTech Connect Adoption

  • Serve as theprimary liaison to the Entrepreneur Support Network (ESN)forBMoreTech Connect
  • Support ESN adoption usage and feedback collection related to the platform
  • Coordinate onboarding communications and updates to growBMoreTech Connect as a shared ecosystem resource hub

2) Execute Student Venture Programming Growth

  • Managelogisticsand execution forMD Student Venture Showcase Pava Awardsworkshops
  • Coordinate coaching/technicalassistanceand support outreach to expand participation
  • Support the stewardship for theStudent Ventures Steering Committeeand support related communications

3) Systems Documentation Convenings Content Collaboration

  • Capture decisions meeting notes and project artifacts in organized accessible ways
  • Support ESN stewardship through coordinated data transfer and alignment withcolleagues data practices
  • Support planning and execution for convenings (logistics run-of-show materials follow-up)
  • Coordinate content collection during convenings and work with theGBCMarketing &Communicationsteamto package content for newsletters and social media

4) Stakeholder Coordination Accountability Project Management

  • Coordinate across partners vendors coaches and internal teammates to meet deliverables
  • Schedule meetings manage follow-ups and ensure action items move to completion
  • Serve as an execution partner to the Director bymaintainingalignment and accountability
  • Own project boards timelines and workplansfor ecosystem engagement initiatives
  • Track tasks flag risks and ensure milestones are met across programs and events


Requirements

This role requires someone who is execution-focused highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities across stakeholders and programs. TheEcosystem EngagementManager should be able to bring structure to ambiguous work communicate clearly and keep timelines moving without constant oversight.

Minimum Qualifications

3years experiencein project management program operations or program execution (or equivalentdemonstratedskill)

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and timelines
  • Experience and/or aptitude for relationship building and partner management
  • Experience supporting eventlogisticsand execution
  • Strong communicationand documentation skills (meeting notes follow-up task tracking)
  • Proficiencywith digital productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite Microsoft Teams Outlook project tracking tools)
  • Ability to independently manage tasks priorities and follow-through

Preferred

  • experience (highly preferred)
  • ExperiencemaintainingCRM-like systems for relationship and engagement tracking(highly preferred)
  • Familiarity with entrepreneurship startup support ecosystem-building or community programs
  • Experience coordinating coaching/technicalassistanceor workshop programs
  • Experience supporting communications workflows (content collection packaging internal comms coordination)
