Company Overview
The Customer Service Representative will support the owner and Center team in a key position by having responsibility for assisting customers with all store services and products operating the point-of-sale system copiers/printers rental computers and other Center equipment and performing other related duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Previous customer service or sales experience in a retail environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to translate customer requirements into final products or services
- Multitasking must have the ability to simultaneously process multiple tasks
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid drivers license required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications Windows operating system and other computer hardware and software
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Assist in handling customer complaints and problems in a professional manner
- Notary Public certification may be required
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
- Assists customers with shipping/packaging services printing estimates/orders and other services offered by PostNet
- Learns and operates Center equipment machinery and software at a proficient level
- Assists customers and staff with the operation of in-store printing equipment
- Processes customer sales through the point-of-sale system
- Upsells cross-sells and actively participates in PostNet marketing and promotional initiatives
- Interacts with UPS FedEx DHL and USPS couriers other vendors and all store staff
- Sorts and deposits mail in private mailboxes
- Captures completes tasks and organizes Virtual Mail
PHYSICAL AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to stand behind a sales counter for extended periods
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must be able to communicate clearly with customers by email by phone and in person
- May be required to operate a motor vehicle
Compensation: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
