Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update financial data into the companys database
  • Verify and correct any discrepancies in the information entered
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files
  • Assist in generating financial reports as needed
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding data entry

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in data entry and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Basic knowledge of financial terms and concepts
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other data entry software

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles
