Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate home care schedules for clients
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and issues
- Maintain accurate records of schedules and client information
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor and report on service quality and performance

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and time management skills
