This role requires expertise in implementing enterprise IAM programs balancing user experience with strong security and collaborating across teams to deliver results and manage IAM-related business will function as the primary point of accountability for the Identity & Access Management processes driving roadmap alignment solution consulting vendor performance and issue escalation management. This role also plays a critical part in transitioning off a Technology Services Agreement (TSA) establishing a new IT operating model and evaluating and implementing Managed Service Providers (MSP) to support critical ResponsibilitiesAct as a visionary in designing and executing multi-year IAM strategy that aligns with business goals and customer needsDevelop and oversee enterprise IAM policies standards and procedures ensuring consistent enforcement across the IAM initiatives including identity lifecycle management (provisioning de-provisioning role-based access entitlement reviews).Direct privileged access management (PAM) programs to safeguard critical systems and sensitive compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements (e.g. SOX HIPAA GDPR PCI-DSS) through strong access enterprise IAM programs with significant business impact ensuring seamless access for employees contractors and user experience with security by designing IAM solutions that are simple intuitive and operational excellence by establishing repeatable processes KPIs and service delivery models for IAM strong partnerships across IT Security HR and business units to align IAM delivery with organizational metrics and reporting mechanisms to monitor IAM effectiveness operational performance and program maturity for executive training and awareness programs related to IAM policies secure access practices and identity You: Knowledge Skills and Abilities Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Cybersecurity or a related field preferred.10 years of security experience with at least 5 years in IAM leadership roles experience managing third-party security vendors or MSPsProven track record of executing enterprise IAM programs with measurable business with IAM tools and platforms (e.g. SailPoint CyberArk Entra ID AD).Strong understanding of relevant Regulatory and Compliance requirements (HIPAA SOX HITRUST CSF etc.).Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML OAuth OpenID Connect Kerberos) and cloud such as CISSP CIAM or CISM analytical relationship management and communication skills (both written and verbal).Ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders to achieve IAM program Global Cellulose Fibers (GCF):Our GCF business helps customers transform renewable cellulose fibers into essential everyday products.
