The HRIS Manager will own and optimize the organizations human resources information systems ensuring data integrity operational efficiency and a seamless employee experience. This role partners closely with HR Finance IT and leadership to support a high-performance global workforce through scalable secure and data-driven HR technology solutions.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on with a strong understanding of HR processes systems architecture and compliance in a regulated professional services environment.
HRIS Strategy & Administration
Serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert for all HR systems including core HR payroll benefits performance management and talent modules.
Lead system configuration enhancements testing and upgrades to support evolving business needs.
Evaluate recommend and implement new HR technologies and integrations as needed.
Data Integrity & Reporting
Ensure accuracy consistency and security of employee data across systems.
Develop and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards for HR leadership Finance and executive stakeholders.
Support workforce analytics headcount planning compensation analysis and compliance reporting.
Process Optimization
Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve system-supported processes across the employee lifecycle.
Document HRIS procedures controls and best practices to ensure scalability and continuity.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure HR systems support compliance with applicable labor laws data privacy regulations and internal governance standards.
Partner with Legal Compliance and IT on audits controls and system access reviews.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Manage relationships with HRIS vendors and external partners including issue resolution and contract support.
Act as a liaison between HR IT and Finance to align system functionality with business requirements.
User Support & Training
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HR system users.
Develop and deliver training and documentation to ensure effective adoption and use of HR systems.
Required
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Systems Business or a related field.
5 years of experience managing HRIS platforms in a complex professional or financial services environment.
Strong understanding of core HR processes payroll benefits and employee data management.
Experience with HRIS reporting data governance and system integrations.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
Preferred
Experience supporting a global workforce.
Familiarity with compensation performance management and talent systems.
HRIS or project management certifications (e.g. Workday UKG ADP PMP).
Experience partnering with Finance and Compliance teams.
