What Youll Do as a Customer Support Rep:
- Answer customer calls and serve as the first point of contact.
- Help customers with basic troubleshooting service questions and account updates.
- Assist with device setup and feature changes.
- Use company systems to look up information and document customer calls.
- Forward issues that require deeper troubleshooting.
- Follow up on open issues to make sure customers are taken care of.
- Explain products and services clearly and helpfully.

- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but we provide training.

What We Offer Our Customer Support Rep:
- $27-$30/hour based on experience
- Full-time Monday-Friday with one Saturday per month (40-45 hours per week)
