Sales Support Engineer Trainee

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator Trainee to support our global customer service team in supplying Evac spare parts and services. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global business environment and contribute to our mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Service Sales Teams: Assist our global service sales teams in delivering exceptional support to customers.

• Quotation Preparation: Prepare and manage quotations for spare parts.

• Order Administration: Process and manage spare parts sales order intake.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other supply chain functions to ensure smooth operations.

Your Skills and Qualifications

• Education: 2-3 years of Bachelors level studies in Environmental or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Customer Focus: Strong commitment to delivering first-class customer service.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and develop solutions to improve service levels.

• Growth Mindset: Open to learning development and embracing ambitious opportunities.

• Result-Oriented: Focused on achieving targets and continuously improving processes.

• Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Team Player: Strong collaboration and communication skills with a proactive attitude.
