Procurement Trainee

We are looking for a Procurement Trainee to play a key role in coordinating purchases and related services ensuring on-time delivery and cost this hands-on role you will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to maintain smooth operations and support product project coordination when needed. Your proactive approach will help strengthen supplier relationships and improve purchasing processes.

Your Role

As a Procurement Trainee you will support daily purchasing operations while contributing to process development and supplier management. Youll gain practical experience across multiple aspects of supply chain coordination and learn how to ensure operational excellence in a global organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Purchase coordination: Ensure timely delivery of goods and services at the lowest total cost

• Project support: Assist with product project coordination tasks as needed

• Supplier relationship management: Maintain and develop operational relationships monitor delivery confirmations and track actual deliveries

• Communication: Proactively share relevant information within the Supply Chain and across Evac

• Process improvement: Contribute to the development of purchasing processes and tools

• Issue resolution: Identify and resolve challenges related to deliveries inventory or suppliers

What Will Help You Succeed

• Education: Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related fields

• Technical understanding: Moderate knowledge of assigned spare parts and suppliers

• Skills: Strong communication problem-solving and organisational skills

• Language: Fluent in written and spoken English

• Mindset: Proactive development-oriented and able to work effectively in a multicultural environment
