Are you detail-oriented organized and passionate about compliance and accuracy in documentation Evac Group is looking for a Documentation Trainee to support our logistics operations and ensure the highest standards in documentation processes.
Your Role
As a Documentation Trainee you will play a key role in maintaining accurate compliant and efficient documentation. You will support Evacs operational and regulatory goals contribute to continuous process improvement and help ensure smooth flows of information across the organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
Documentation accuracy: Ensure all documents are accurate current and compliant with internal standards and external regulations
Document management: Obtain maintain and organize records that support quality assurance compliance and operational efficiency
Stakeholder collaboration: Work with customers freight forwarders and internal teams to facilitate smooth documentation flows
Process improvement: Develop systems and procedures for efficient document retrieval and management
What Will Help You Succeed
Education: Ongoing UAS (University of Applied Sciences) studies in Business Engineering or a related field
Attention to detail: Strong organizational skills and accuracy in all tasks
Proactive mindset: Self-motivated with a hands-on solution-oriented approach
Passion for compliance: Focused on quality accuracy and adherence to internal and regulatory standards
Language skills: Fluent in English; Finnish is a plus but not mandatory
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively across international and cross-functional teams
