1015 hours/week Office-based in central Stockholm Perfect alongside studies

Were hiring Operations Agents (part-time) to help us deliver an amazing customer experience and make smart credit decisions all while building Anyfins mission: helping people improve their financial lives.

What youll do (for real)

Youll be at the heart of our daily operations and work across two main areas:

1) Credit & application analysis

• Review and evaluate customer applications

• Make decisions in line with our credit policies

• Spot patterns risks and improvement opportunities

2) Customer communication (Finnish English)

• Help customers via email phone chat and social media

• Provide clear friendly and efficient support

• Be part of making Anyfin one of the best customer experiences in fintech

Who you are

We think youll thrive here if you:

• Speak fluent Finnish and have strong English skills

• Like solving problems and taking responsibility

• Are friendly sharp and learn fast

• Want a stable part-time role long-term

• Can work 1015 hours/week (weekdays some weekends)
