LOCATION: Birmingham or London - Hybrid
PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: 33000 - 40000 depending on relevant skills knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The role works collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to understand and advise on their extended workforce needs in order to ensure they have the resources in place to meet their objectives.

Freelancers are an integral part of the overall workforce at the BBC in on-air off-air and business support capacities enabling the creation of world class content. We have an exciting opportunity to join this team as a Senior Resourcing Advisor.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT:
- Responsible for consistently assessing engagement requests by using existing frameworks in line with our compliance standards.
- Youll provide advice and recommendations on policy and approaches manage the risk of individual cases and act as a point of escalation for complex queries that cannot be resolved at Advisor or Administrator level.
- Youll ensure full accurate audit trails are centrally recorded to ensure high compliance standards are met maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- You will also work closely with your peers and management to proactively keep commercial awareness up to date (including employment law tax legislation etc) to ensure the BBCs processes and approaches are up to date and compliant.
- Support change initiatives to the end to end Extended Workforce process including stakeholder management.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Experience with employment and tax law
- Ability to interpret and advise on policy and best practice
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- An interest in compliance and audit across diverse populations
- Experience of working to SLAs/KPIs as well as working with 3rd party SLA and training requirements
