We are a well-established fully regulated financial services company looking for experienced Spanish-speaking Retention Agents to join our international team. This is a remote position offering long-term stability structured processes and a performance-driven environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with LATAM markets and candidates based in LATAM countries are strongly preferred. As a Retention Agent you will manage an existing portfolio of clients focusing on client retention engagement reactivation and upselling while operating in full compliance with regulatory standards.
Native or fluent Spanish (spoken & written)
Good level of English
Proven experience as a Retention Agent (Forex / CFD / iGaming preferred)
Experience working with LATAM markets (strong advantage)
Strong phone sales negotiation and closing skills
Experience handling existing clients and VIP accounts
Target-driven mindset with strong KPI focus
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Zoho Salesforce HubSpot or similar)
Ability to work remotely independently and manage time effectively
Reliable internet connection and professional home-office setup
Understanding of regulated environments and compliance requirements (advantage)
