Job Summary
The Customer and Partner (CPX) Insights Intern will work closely with the CPX Operations Enablement Communications and/or Resourcing teams to develop interactions with customers and employees. Youll gain skills in communication development data-driven business decisions change management and process improvement while supporting various operational tasks.
What Youll Do
Gain skills across communication development data-driven business decisions change management process improvement and technical proficiency
Create internal and external resources visuals and communications
Assist with data collection and analytics for a variety of projects
Audit internal processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Use a range of editing software to trim arrange and edit recorded video sequences
Facilitate 1:many customer communication campaigns and engagements
Assist with creating enablement materials for new hires
Support and organize internal communication channels
Scope professional development and other employee training resources
What Youll Need
Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program preferably in Communications Management Business Analytics or a related field of study
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities and responsibilities
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Self-motivated with a strong focus on action results and continuous improvement
Interest in building a career in data analytics communication and/or enablement
Proficiency using Microsoft Office and G Suite
Travel Requirements & Working Conditions
Minimal travel
Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office
Sponsorship Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future
