Meet the Team
Silicon Labs is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead highly targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for our most strategic accounts. This role is responsible for aligning closely with Sales to identify priority accounts develop dedicated account-level messaging collaborate with the paid marketing team to build and execute account-focused marketing plans and partner with Revenue Operations (RevOps) to evaluate engagement performance and success metrics that drive engagement pipeline and revenue.
While Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is the primary focus this role also supports additional global marketing activities including partnering with Sales to drive new opportunities through targeted trade shows and new prospect events as well as program managing localization initiatives to ensure timely accurate delivery of translated marketing assets.
Responsibilities
Account-Based Marketing Strategy & Execution (Primary Focus)
Partner closely with Sales to identify prioritize and refine strategic target account lists
Collaborate with business units technical teams and subject matter experts to develop account-specific content and collateral that support targeted ABM programs
Partner with the paid marketing team to build and execute effective account-focused promotional plans that drive engagement and pipeline
Ensure all content clearly communicates Silicon Labs technical differentiation and customer value
Partner with RevOps team to monitor ABM performance.
Supporting Responsibilities
Support new sales opportunities and expand the marketable database through targeted trade shows and account-focused events
Program manage Silicon Labs translation program coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver timely accurate localized marketing assets
Skills You Will Need
Minimum Qualifications
Experience in semiconductor IoT or other highly technical B2B industries
7 years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on account-based marketing or sales-aligned programs
Proven experience partnering closely with Sales in a revenue-driven environment
Strong ability to develop account-specific messaging and execute personalized marketing programs
Experience working with technical teams or business units on content creation
Excellent communication collaboration and project management skills
