This is a senior execution-focused strategy role reporting to the Head of Distribution Strategy Performance and Compensation. You will act as a strategic partner and problem-solver working closely with channel chiefs and cross-functional leaders to diagnose issues design commercial plans and drive the execution of strategic priorities across all distribution channels. Your mandate is to translate strategy into action fix whats broken and ensure business improvement through hands-on leadership.

Act as the hands and legs of the Head of Distribution Strategy ensuring strategic plans are translated into operational reality.
Track report and communicate progress on strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
Champion the adoption of digital tools automation and best practices to improve channel effectiveness.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
Mentor and upskill junior strategy team members fostering a culture of applied strategic thinking and problem-solving.
Share best practices and lessons learned across the team to build collective capability.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or related field.
8 years of experience in applied strategy finance or a related field with a strong track record in distribution strategy (insurance/financial services preferred).
Proven track record of diagnosing and solving complex business problems driving execution and delivering measurable results.
Strong analytical business modelling and project management skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff.
