Job Purpose:
To work as part of a 24 hour shifted team to deliver the enhanced fault response performance within the Central London area. This includes liaison with customers network operations and control management of contractors as required. This will involve close working with the full time dedicated customer champions within the team.
The position working as part of the Central London team will be responsible for the restoration of LV supplies on the UK Power Networks LV distribution system carrying out jointing repairs on the HV LV cable networks and switching on the LV network.

The person undertaking this role plays a vital role in the safe and timely restoration of LV supplies. The Company is regulated by various guidelines and this role is particularly important in ensuring successful compliance with Customer Minutes Lost and Customer Interruption targets. The job holder may be required to work at any location within the UK Power Networks area initially within the London Region.
