The circular tech economy is scaling fast and this is a chance to lead its commercial future in Europe.

This is a senior high-impact role for a commercially sharp eCommerce leader who thrives at the intersection of growth profitability and strategic partnerships.

Youll take ownership of European eCommerce channels across B2B and B2C shaping how devices are traded sold and re-marketed at scale.

This role sits at the heart of a pioneering circular tech platform that connects every step of the device lifecycle - from trade-in to remarketing - enabling consumers and businesses to recover value securely and transparently from used technology.

As Ecommerce Commercial Lead you will own:

  • Commercial growth and profitability of European eCommerce channels
  • Strategic partner acquisition and long-term account development
  • Trading performance pricing discipline and channel governance

Responsibilities:

  • Identify target and onboard new eCommerce partners across Europe including marketplaces e-retailers platforms and strategic partners
  • Build and manage a robust commercial pipeline aligned to margin volume and risk criteria
  • Own day-to-day commercial performance of the European eCommerce portfolio
  • Develop and own the annual European eCommerce business plan and budget

What youll need:

  • 510 years experience in eCommerce sales commercial trading or business development
  • Proven track record of acquiring growing and retaining B2B2C and/or B2C eCommerce accounts
  • Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience managing pricing margins and channel conflict
  • Confident communicator able to influence senior internal and external stakeholders
