As an Insurance Claims Analyst for PCL Constructors Edmonton Alberta (Corporate) youll have the opportunity to support district operations by addressing insurable losses analyzing claims data and strengthening risk management processes across the organization.

Heres how an Insurance Claims Analyst for PCL Constructors Inc. within Edmonton NAHQ contributes to our team:
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Insurance Claims Manager with administering negotiating and tracking insurable losses across Canada United States and Australia
- Supporting PCL districts with identifying reporting and handling insurable losses with low to moderate complexity.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of data in the Risk Management Information System (Origami).
- Generating loss runs and verifying data as needed.
- Aggregate analyze visualize and interpret internal claims data for internal and external reporting.
- Support internal education and awareness initiatives related to claims insurance and risk management practices.
Qualifications
- Experience or education in insurance or data analysis is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of insurance concepts and processes ideally in the construction context.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presenting quantitative data using Microsoft Excel.
- Basic familiarity with construction documents processes means and methods.
- Basic understanding of legal processes and documents.
