Job Summary

The Client Service Administrator supports client team operations by providing overall assistance to team members on various tasks and projects. Enhancing processes identifying efficiencies and taking initiative within the team. This position will be the foundation for your future career at Moneta.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Support Client Service Managers and Advisors with administrative preparation for client review meetings
  • Enhance overall client experience by incorporating efficiencies in processes and workflow monitoring for areas of improvement
  • Assist in coordinating client paperwork such as new account forms statements signature forms and reports
  • Support daily office operations including scheduling meetings managing mail client file organization and maintaining supply orders
  • Provide marketing and branding assistance as needed
  • Coordinate client and team events

 


Qualifications :

  • College degree preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products preferred
  • Must be available to work fully on-site
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Additional Information :

This is a full-time non-exempt position reporting to the Operations Manager.
