Bossier City LA Monroe / West Monroe LA
We are currently hiring full-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team in Bossier City and Monroe / West Monroe. This is a great opportunity for a BCBA looking for clinical quality manageable caseloads and strong leadership support.

Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
Supervise and mentor RBTs / behavior technicians
Analyze data and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with families caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification (required)
Masters degree in ABA Psychology Education or related field
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience supervising RBTs preferred (not required)
