Job Summary
- Provide Level 3 business support for Endur-related trade and lifecycle issues
- Own and support trade booking amendments and complex deal structures
Ensure end-to-end trade lifecycle integrity and control adherence - Work closely with Trading Risk and Middle Office to resolve operational issues
Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for IT - Support business-led change initiatives and process improvements
- Participate in user acceptance testing and validation of ETRM changes
- Contribute to documentation of business processes and controls
Qualifications :
- Strong understanding of energy trading and ETRM trade lifecycles
- 3 5 years of hands-on experience with Endur
- Ability to analyse complex trades and operational issues
- Strong communication skills across business and technology teams
- Experience working in Middle Office Operations or Trading support roles
- High attention to detail and strong control mindset
