Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Novotel Madinah Saudi Arabia. This role is exclusively for Saudi nationals with a preference for candidates who have a background in the Holy Cities region. As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving sales growth building strong client relationships and representing our company in the local market.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Madinah and surrounding areas
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products/services
  • Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and customer needs in the region
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts
  • Represent the company at local events trade shows and networking opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of sales materials and proposals tailored to the local market

Qualifications :

  • Saudi national only 
  • Proven sales experience in Saudi Arabia preferably in Madinah or other Holy Cities
  • Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian business culture and practices
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to sales
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required
  • Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior in Madinah and surrounding areas
