We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Novotel Madinah Saudi Arabia. This role is exclusively for Saudi nationals with a preference for candidates who have a background in the Holy Cities region. As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving sales growth building strong client relationships and representing our company in the local market.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Madinah and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products/services
- Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and customer needs in the region
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts
- Represent the company at local events trade shows and networking opportunities
- Contribute to the development of sales materials and proposals tailored to the local market
Qualifications :
- Saudi national only
- Proven sales experience in Saudi Arabia preferably in Madinah or other Holy Cities
- Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian business culture and practices
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to sales
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
- Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior in Madinah and surrounding areas
