Responsible for product planning and project delivery of plant digital projects deeply involved in the full lifecycle management of smart manufacturing projects and driving Industry 4.0 solution implementation.
- You will work closely with plant function departments to identify needs and translate their digitalization strategy into digital solutions that help achieve business efficiency
You will lead digital innovation projects in plant to integrate cutting-edge IT technology into existing business process to develop IT solution to drive desired business outcomes
Job Responsibilities:

- 对工业4.0前沿技术有系统化认知将业务需求转译成数字化需求
- 管理需求优先级平衡业务价值与技术可行性
产品设计
- 设计数字化产品解决方案 包括数字化互联产品AI智能化项目等
- 制作产品原型流程图和功能规格说明书
- 协同架构师制定技术方案确保产品设计可落地
项目管理
- 制定项目计划管理范围进度成本和质量
- 领导跨职能团队开发测试实施按计划敏捷交付
- 识别和管理项目风险推动问题解决
- 组织项目复盘沉淀最佳实践
沟通协调
- 作为业务与技术团队的桥梁确保信息准确传递
- 向相关方汇报项目进展支撑决策制定
- 协调内外部资源保障项目顺利推进
Requirement Management
- Communicate with stakeholders from production logistics quality and other departments to discover and analyze business painpoints
- Systematic understanding I4.0 cutting edge technology and translate business needs to digital requirements
- Manage requirement priorities balancing business value and technical feasibility
Product Design
- Design digital product solutions including connected solutions and AI solutions
- Create product prototypes flowcharts and functional specifications
- Collaborate with architects to formulate technical solutions ensuring feasible product design
Project Management
- Develop project plans manage scope schedule cost and quality
- Lead cross-functional teams (development testing implementation) to deliver on schedule
- Identify and manage project risks drive problem resolution
- Conduct project retrospectives and establish best practices
Communication & Coordination
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams ensuring accurate information flow
- Report project progress to stake holders to support decision-making
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth project advancement
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree or above
3 years experience of Digital Project Management
Master project management methodologies (PMP/Agile);
Communicate efficiently with business and technical teams
