Job Description

A Project Manager / Controls Project Manager / BAS Project Manager is required to join an industry leader in Boise ID.

The successful Project Manager / Controls Project Manager / BAS Project Manager will come from a background of designing engineering and delivering advanced building automation and energy management systems preferably with Niagara Framework.

Project Manager / Controls Project Manager / BAS Project Manager Responsibilities:

Design and engineer building automation and energy management systems in accordance with energy codes and project specifications
Analyze building control and mechanical system performance at both the system and campus level
Develop project-specific programming solutions to optimize building efficiency
Program complex DDC and PLC systems to meet project requirements
Build custom system user interfaces (front ends) to enhance end-user experience
Interface with customers subcontractors suppliers and internal project teams
Support project execution including engineering reviews implementation and troubleshooting
Participate in project financial tracking including monthly audits and closeout reviews
Provide input on engineering standards and support continuous improvement initiatives

Project Manager / Controls Project Manager / BAS Project Manager Requirements:

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred; other engineering disciplines considered)
Understanding of basic programming concepts
Exposure to electronics and electrical circuit fundamentals
Hands-on experience with mechanical systems
Familiarity with Direct Digital Controls (DDC) theory and applications
Experience designing and delivering building automation systems using Niagara Framework
Resides within 45 minutes of Boise ID
