Clinical Territory Associate NSN Young Professionals Career Fair

The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) role is a 24 month developmental program designed to build your foundation for a future quotacarrying sales position. As a CTA youll work closely with our Clinical Sales team to gain handson experience across the technical clinical and commercial sides of the businessdeveloping the skills needed to support robotic-assisted surgery in hospitals and operating rooms.

*Were offering multiple CTA opportunities across the United States and candidates must be willing and able to relocate to the territory in which they are hired.

What Youll Do (Essential Responsibilities)

• Support Surgeon & Hospital Training: Assist sales representatives during surgeon education hospital robotics program development and overall territory operations.
• Lead Technical InServices: Deliver training sessions for OR staff surgeons and other clinical personnel on our robotic technology.
• Drive Technology Adoption: Promote and sell the benefits of advanced surgical technology to existing users contributing to team goals and quotas.
• Build Sales Skills: Learn goalsetting territory mapping and sales execution to prepare for a full sales role after the program.
• Manage Key Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate reporting on procedures and activities and submit expense reports in a timely manner.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For (Required Skills & Experience)

• Experience:
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience (military included) or
  • 1 year of outside sales experience
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 25% including nights and weekends as needed
• Professionalism: Strong communication skills and the ability to work confidently in clinical environments

Education Requirements

• Bachelors degree required

We provide market-competitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay commission benefits and equity. The on target earnings for this position are listed.

On Target Earnings Region 1: $120800
On Target Earnings Region 2: $114000
