Job Summary
Overview
Opportunity: Parking Attendant
Greet and assist guests parking in hotel parking lot and collect payment of parking fees in accordance with established guest service and cash handling standards.

Essential Job Functions
- Monitor parking lot and assist in directing guests to available spots.
- Monitor safety and security of parking lot and report any issues or concerns to hotel management security and/or law enforcement as necessary.
- Collect payment for parking services in compliance with established cash handling and accounting procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the parking lot collecting and disposing of trash and maintaining and cleaning surfaces.
- Count bank at end of shift complete necessary documentation resolve any discrepancies and secure bank in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assist guests or refer guests to necessary associates for help with any questions or requests.
- Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHMs EarthView program.
- Practice safe work habits wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous related experience a plus.
Work Environment and Context
- Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays and weekends.
- Requires standing for extended periods walking pushing lifting up to 25 pounds bending and reaching stooping kneeling or crouching.
- Position includes working outdoors.
