What youll need:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Washington State Medical Assistant-Phlebotomy certification required; as a condition of employment application for MA-Phlebotomist Certification must be submitted to DOH within 90 days of hire.
- BLS Certification required
- Washington State AIDS Education curriculum required
- Must stay current in knowledge base certifications and licenses indicated above and meet Hospital-mandated education requirements
- 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience preferred
- 1-3 years of EPIC lab experience preferred
Schedule: .06 FTE; 20 hours/week; 10-hour shifts; Day Shift (0630-1600)
