What youll need:

High School diploma or equivalent required
Washington State Medical Assistant-Phlebotomy certification required; as a condition of employment application for MA-Phlebotomist Certification must be submitted to DOH within 90 days of hire.
BLS Certification required
Washington State AIDS Education curriculum required
Must stay current in knowledge base certifications and licenses indicated above and meet Hospital-mandated education requirements
1-3 years of phlebotomy experience preferred
1-3 years of EPIC lab experience preferred

Schedule: .06 FTE; 20 hours/week; 10-hour shifts; Day Shift (0630-1600)
