Job Summary

Are you an experienced Camp Manager An Opportunity has open up across our remote mobile camps. This role is responsible for the effective day to day management of camp operations ensuring a safe compliant and customer focused environment. You will oversee all service delivery areas including safety catering housekeeping and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all camp operations to deliver key operational KPIs with a strong focus on safety efficiency health and financial performance.
  • Maintain a positive and proactive safety culture ensuring compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service across all service areas.
  • Support catering operations including food preparation cooking and maintaining a clean and compliant kitchen.
  • Conduct site inductions for new guests outlining camp rules and expectations.
  • Run daily toolbox talks weekly safety meetings and other operational briefings.
  • Ensure all food safety and site management procedures meet ECM food safety system and CCP audit requirements.
  • Contribute to smooth camp operations by completing additional duties as required.

Skills & Experience

  • Leadership experience within a remote or similar operational environment.
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher).
  • Food Safety Supervisor certification (desirable).
  • Manual drivers licence (mandatory).
  • Ability to pass a pre employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Willing to complete a National Police Clearance
