We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our College/Career Counseling department at American United School (AUS). In this role you will support counselors and students by ensuring smooth operations accurate record-keeping and excellent communication with families. Your work will help students access the guidance they need to plan for their academic and career success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage student digital folders and maintain accurate records
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for counselors and students
- Provide administrative support to counselors in daily tasks and departmental projects
- Ensure confidentiality of student information and records
- Deliver professional courteous service to students parents and staff
- Assist with departmental communications and documentation
Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of two years of relevant administrative experience
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic educational environment
