Job Summary
Build upon your classroom studies through our Hotel Internship Program opportunities. You will learn first-hand about a hotels operations. We are looking for an HR Internto join the Human Resources Department based in Porto Cervo Sardinia Italy. If you are passionate about HR and currently enrolled in a university or masters program in Human Resources Psychology Economics Law or another relevant field this opportunity is for you!
You will support daily activities in either Training or Recruiting including:
Recruiting:
- post and monitor job openings on various platforms
- screen CVs in line with the required profiles conduct phone/online interviews assessment and update the relevant documents
- update and maintain the applicant database
- manage the employee accounts on Marriott platform (mHUB)
- participate in training activities
Training:
- support in organizing and scheduling onboarding training sessions for new hires
- assist in updating training materials and presentations
- monitor attendance and maintain records of training activities in the HR systems
- support in the management of funded training programs
- participate in employee development activities
To be considered for an internship:
- must be a postgraduate or a current student in a university or masters program in Human Resources Economics Law or another relevant field
- must be available for 5-6 months
- speak Italian and English fluently
- possess a good knowledge of MS Office
