We are looking for an HR Internto join the Human Resources Department based in Porto Cervo Sardinia Italy. If you are passionate about HR and currently enrolled in a university or masters program in Human Resources Psychology Economics Law or another relevant field this opportunity is for you!

You will support daily activities in either Training or Recruiting including:

Recruiting:

  • post and monitor job openings on various platforms
  • screen CVs in line with the required profiles conduct phone/online interviews assessment and update the relevant documents
  • update and maintain the applicant database
  • manage the employee accounts on Marriott platform (mHUB)
  • participate in training activities

Training:

  • support in organizing and scheduling onboarding training sessions for new hires
  • assist in updating training materials and presentations
  • monitor attendance and maintain records of training activities in the HR systems
  • support in the management of funded training programs
  • participate in employee development activities

To be considered for an internship:

  • must be a postgraduate or a current student in a university or masters program in Human Resources Economics Law or another relevant field
  • must be available for 5-6 months
  • speak Italian and English fluently
  • possess a good knowledge of MS Office
