The incumbent will be the marketing colleague responsible for commercial operations for Oncology on the Slovak market. He/She will partner closely with colleagues across all functions including field colleagues (KAMs Medical and Market Access) to deliver on all commercial goals for the market including successful product launch and sales targets. Within cross-functional team (KAMs medical peers) create and execute against strategic and tactical marketing plans. Builds strong professional relationships with KOLs and HCPs.
Responsibilities:
- Cooperate in the development of Medison Slovakia portfolio and company strategies with Oncology. Evaluate business opportunities
- Maximize lifecycle product performance through excellence in aligned and innovative planning and execution
- Executing successfully against all agreed business plans and Company initiatives
- Builds strong professional cross functional relationships
- Maintaining strong relationship with key partners
- Actively participates in business meetings with partners including partner training sessions conferences etc.
- Prepare and implement product launches
- Update/develop product brochures sales aids advertisements electronic communication tools and other promotional materials
- Allocate and monitor Advertising & Promotion Budget
- Initiate diagnosis programs disease awareness projects (if it is needed)
- Initiate local market research (if it is needed)
- Organize/ participate on national / international congresses and Organize symposiums
- Cooperate and make synergies with Medical Manager in the above activities
- Build cooperation with the Association Group(s) through activities organized with Medical & Market Access support
- Work in accordance to company SOPs and compliance procedures
- Actively participate at trainings organized by partner companies Medison
- Proactively observe the markets and trends bring issues risks and opportunities
- Monitor sales activities of competitors their strategies and respond in adequate way according to the strategic objectives
- Work in accordance with Medisons code of ethics and guidelines set by the compliance and Regulatory department

Requirements:
- Preferably a Masters degree in Life Sciences (Medicine Biology Chemistry) or economical sciences
- 5 years experience in pharma in commercial role company with innovative products.
- Proven success in leading the marketing or management of a multi-brand portfolio
- Launch innovative products experience required
- Proven ability in market analysis
- Has a proven reputation in the market with strong relationships with stakeholders from therapeutic areas in which we work
