After 8 years in the corporate venture-building industry in Spain we are looking for an Operations & People Junior to join our team and help us build the internal processes that make the organization function as a Swiss clock.
We are looking for a motivated and curious Operations & People Junior passionate about managing the internal engine of Byld to ensure a challenging and fulfilling rhythm.
About the Job
Were looking for a motivated and curious individual to join our Operations team. The Operations & People team at Byld is responsible for the internal processes that keep the organization running smoothly. The scope of this role includes administration accounting and finance process optimization legal affairs and support in talent management (People). This position offers the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of business functions and build a career as a generalist.
As part of this team you will work hand-in-hand with other team such as Building Growth and Business Development and Marketing. This work dynamic creates synergies where everyone can learn from different fields and disciplines.
