We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to support a shared office environment in Vancouver. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources and working closely with the Executive Assistant this role is the first point of contact for visitors members and clients and plays a key role in keeping the office running smoothly.Key Responsibilities- Open and close the office daily
- Greet visitors and manage phone and email inquiries
- Direct communications to the appropriate staff
- Receive sort and process incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
- Schedule and maintain meeting rooms
- Order office and kitchen supplies
- Provide administrative support for meetings and training sessions
- Maintain key registers access controls and office records
- Support basic financial tasks including deposits and petty cash
Qualifications- Office administration education or equivalent experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management abilities
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Professional reliable and detail-oriented
- Experience in a co-operative or nonprofit environment is an asset
