Full Stack Developer (TypeScript, , NestJS, React) (mwd)

NetCero develops intuitive software for ESG Management & Reporting. With us companies manage their sustainability strategy from materiality analysis via ESRS and VSME reporting to THG footprint calculation. Already over 100 ESG leaders rely on our intuitive sustainability platform. Our team is based in Graz and Vienna.

What Were Looking For:

Developers with an ownership mentality who think and act independently. You occupy yourself with modern tools like Cursor AI assistants and new technologies of your own initiative. You work proactively take responsibility for your decisions and actively contribute to product development.

Aufgaben

• You develop web applications and RESTful API services based on our modern tech stack (TypeScript NestJS React)
• You take responsibility for designing and developing new features throughout the entire development cycle
• You make technical decisions together with the team that significantly influence the further development of our software
• You proactively bring modern tools and technologies (e.g. Cursor AI assistants) into the development process
• You work in an agile and proactive manner in a motivated and young team with your colleagues as equals

Qualifikation

• Several years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer with focus on web development (no junior/entry-level roles)
• Knowledge of development with modern technologies such as TypeScript NestJS and React as well as experience with SQL database systems
• Independent and proactive working style as well as a high degree of personal responsibility
• Intrinsic Drive: You occupy yourself with new tools (Cursor AI-supported development modern frameworks) of your own interest and apply them meaningfully
• Good English language skills in written and spoken form

Advantages:

• Experience integrating AI features and LLMs in applications (e.g. with Vercels AI SDK LangChain etc.)

For this position we offer a monthly gross salary of at least 3843 (annual gross salary of at least 53802) on a full-time basis (38.5 hours). Depending on your experience and qualifications a significantly higher salary is possible.
