Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and result-oriented NEET Biology Teacher to prepare students for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) through rigorous NCERT-centred instruction. The role demands strong conceptual clarity in Botany and Zoology mastery of high-yield topics and expertise in MCQ-based exam strategy diagram skills and time management.
The educator will be responsible for building accuracy speed and confidence in students while ensuring measurable improvements in mock test performance and exam readiness.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Deliver complete NEET/NCERT syllabus coverage for Classes 11 and 12 with emphasis on high-yield units such as Human Physiology Genetics Ecology Evolution and Plant Anatomy.
Ensure measurable improvement in student performance including mock test percentiles MCQ accuracy and rank movement.
Design and administer regular timed mock tests diagnostic assessments and structured error-analysis reports.
Develop individualized remediation plans based on diagnostic data.
Core Teaching & Academic Responsibilities
Curriculum Planning & Instruction
Plan lessons aligned to NCERT learning outcomes using concept maps flowcharts and structured notes.
Emphasize definitions diagrams examples and application-based understanding.
Focus intensively on high-yield NEET topics such as:
Conduct quick-recall drills and one-liner conceptual checks for retention and speed.
MCQ Practice & Exam Strategy
Construct NEET-pattern MCQs including:
AssertionReason
Match-the-Following
Case-Based Questions
Teach option-elimination techniques trap identification and educated guessing rules.
Conduct topic-wise and mixed MCQ practice sessions under timed conditions.
Assessment Diagnostics & Performance Tracking
Administer full-length NEET mock exams under simulated exam conditions.
Perform item-wise and topic-wise analysis to identify conceptual gaps memory lapses and time-management issues.
Maintain student performance trackers covering accuracy speed and syllabus mastery.
Use assessment data to design targeted small-group tutorials and remediation sessions.
Requirements
Masters degree in Biology.
Teaching qualification - .
Minimum 5 years teaching experience
5 years of experience teaching NEET Biology to Grade XI & XII.
This is a full-time on-campus role requiring complete professional commitment.
Concurrent employment freelance work or private tuition during the academic year is not permitted.
Pursuing any regular academic programme (full-time or part-time) that interferes with school responsibilities is not permissible.
Candidates must be able to dedicate their time fully and professional focus to the school and students.
(Any short-term or online certifications must be disclosed at the time of application.)
