Job Summary

Connectalents the leading Recruitment & HRO company in MENA is currently hiring a "Senior Business Analyst" in Maadi Cairo / Ain Sokhna Suez Egypt for a large-scale IT and digital transformation environment within the Information Technology Department. The role supports complex business-critical systems across customs logistics and supply-chain domains.

Job Scope:

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to gather analyze and document business and functional requirements ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders product owners and cross-functional technical teams to translate business needs into clear specifications workflows and use cases. You will play a key role in supporting Agile delivery system improvements and continuous optimization across enterprise platforms.

Requirements

Job Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field
47 years of experience as a Business Analyst within IT or digital transformation projects
Strong experience in requirements gathering analysis and documentation (Use Cases User Stories EPICs Activity Diagrams)
Solid knowledge of BABOK standards and Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban)
Experience working with complex systems integrations data flows and reporting requirements
Ability to evaluate existing systems and recommend process and performance improvements
Experience in Customs Supply Chain Logistics Transportation Freight Forwarding or Warehousing is a strong advantage
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
BA certification (CBAP CCBA or equivalent) is a plus
