Job Summary
Safar Staffing is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Production Associates to support manufacturing facilities across Minnesota. This role is essential to maintaining consistent production flow quality standards and safe work environments. Ideal candidates are focused adaptable and capable of working efficiently in fast-paced production-driven settings.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Support assembly line operations and prepare components for production
Operate basic manufacturing and production equipment (training provided)
Package label and handle finished products according to specifications
Perform quality inspections and report defects or irregularities
Move materials stock supplies and assist with inventory handling
Maintain clean organized and safe production areas
Assist supervisors and team leads with general production tasks
Follow all safety guidelines production procedures and company policies
Requirements
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs depending on assignment
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (not required)
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to follow instructions and production standards
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Basic communication skills in English (Spanish or Somali a plus)
Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
Reliable transportation to job sites
Must be authorized to work in the United States
