Personal Lines Senior Client Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Senior Client Manager to join a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Personal Property & Casualty insurance with a proven ability to manage client relationships evaluate exposures and provide exceptional service. This role requires a hands-on approach to customer service a deep understanding of insurance coverages and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $75000 annually
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k)
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate exposures and renewal quotes
- Review upcoming renewals and determine which accounts warrant remarketing
- Make coverage recommendations to clients
- Utilize comparative rater tools to obtain quotes
- Handle agency billing transactions (where applicable)
- Obtain signed binding documents and notify carriers
- Review binding documents for accuracy
- Conduct contract reviews
- Round out accounts and promote additional services
Other Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate account details contacts and policy information in EPIC
- Process renewals endorsements acknowledgments cancellations and proofs of insurance
- Organize and manage documents in EPIC
- Initiate endorsements proofs of insurance and invoices
- Leverage templates and system-generated letters for client and carrier communications
- Create and assign activities in EPIC
- Pull relevant documents such as MVR CLUES Risk Meters and RCE as needed
Qualifications/Requirements
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Personal Property & Casualty insurance with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages
Professional Licenses/Certifications:
- State Property & Casualty insurance license is required
Essential Skills/Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas charts and tables) Word and other MS Office products
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology platforms
- Proficiency in agency management systems and carrier sites (EPIC preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a hands-on approach to customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build trust with peers
- Deep understanding of client requirements competitive markets and industry trends
- High attention to detail organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to resolve complex situations
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
