ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the team at The UPS Store! Located in the heart of the exciting West 6th Street district our store serves a dynamic mix of downtown residents and local businesses.
While The UPS Store is a world-class brand this location is locally owned and operated by LAL Horizons. We have proudly served Austin for over 10 years and are looking for a motivated Full-Time Associate to join our downtown team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Deliver world-class customer service to our downtown Austin clientele.
Expertly advise customers on shipping solutions professional printing and document finishing.
Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions and specialized shipping/logistics software.
Assist local professionals and small businesses with printing binding and laminating projects.
Maintain a clean organized and highly professional store environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required.
Full-Time availability is required.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office or Adobe Suites experience is a plus).
Prompt reliable and professional in appearanceessential for our downtown location.
Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.
A fast learner who can keep up with the high energy of a busy city-center store.
