Tom Wood Subaru in Carmel IN is seeking a dedicated and energetic Sales Lot Attendant to support our Sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring a positive customer experience from the moment guests arrive.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers as they arrive in the sales lane
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales lane showroom and lot
- Park retrieve and organize vehicles as needed
- Support the sales team with vehicle preparation lot organization and vehicle movement
- Deliver excellent customer service and help create a welcoming dealership environment
- Maintain a safe clean and professional appearance of all lot areas
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations
Qualifications
- Friendly professional demeanor with strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive team-oriented attitude with willingness to learn
- Reliable flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (required)
Pay & Schedule
- $18.00 per hour
- MondayFriday schedule with two shift options: 7:30 AM 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays required with a weekday off provided in return
