- Provide senior management with the insights they need to define our strategy and next actions for current and new ventures
- Develop clear plan to achieve OKRs and targets
- Monitor and challenge the businesss performance both operational and financial and highlight ways to improve it with supporting analysis
- Follow daily operations relating to the programs to ensure work continuity
- Deliver the senior management with ad hoc reports and other critical topics
- Develop comprehensive Go to market plans and execute on it with other functions including Finance Product Sales Marketing fintech operations and partnerships
- Drive & facilitate key meeting cadences to manage executions including launching new ventures and interventions
- Provide timely interventions to the business based on market situation
- Ensure enhancement of customer journey and overall CX through new ventures experience
- Introducing initiatives and executing it to increase customer base and uplift order growth
- Support other functions in launching campaigns and features
- Manage marketing activities calendars and propose enhancements to CRM journeys
- Contribute to the development and execution of the Divisions ABCs and OKRs while ensuring alignment with other Functions heads.
- Make critical decisions that support the Divisions strategic and tactical direction.
- Measure and track relevant OKRs and metrics to ensure the achievement of goals and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Follow all relevant policies procedures and processes for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices to enhance effectiveness.

Qualifications :
- Have 4 years of work experience in a Tech company or management consulting Financial Planning & Analysis or a strategic management function
- Project management experience leading cross functional teams
- Internally motivated energetic and independent in handling complex problems
- Advance skills in Microsoft Office and Google Kit tolls
- Being at ease working with numbers creating complex financial and business scenarios and using both intuition and data to make decisions
- Prefer to have experience in SQL & Tableau
- Prefer strength in Arabic and English content
- Basic understanding of marketing
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field is required
- PMP certification is preferred
- Data and SQL certifications are preferred
